Our Technology, Data and Analytics (TDA) business unit is 600 strong and offers a range of high value services for organisations going through business and technology change. Our Mid Market Transformation (MMT) team specialise in helping mid-sized, UK based organisations navigate challenging Transformation programmes that are principally based on Microsoft Technology solutions:•Fast growing team •Focus on a growing market •Strength in combining technology and data delivery•Growth plan to move from 50-250 FTE over 4 years•Business integrator and client-side advisor focus

As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

The role

  • Lead the delivery of complex business transformation programmes, underpinned by Microsoft Dynamics 365, for UK-based mid sized organisations
  • Deliver value for our clients through guiding and directing them to deliver technology change programmes
  • Manage matrixed teams made up of people from PwC, our clients and other third parties, who will report into this role on a programme
  • Own and ensure quality in all aspects of the programme delivery lifecycle, from business case through to adoption
  • Effectively engage and communicate with senior stakeholders including executives
  • Identify new business development opportunities for PwC
  • This role will give the right candidate C-level exposure with clients, and will present opportunities for progression within PwC

The essentials

  • Hands on experience in managing large (£5-10m +) programmes
  • Understanding of and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or CE and Azure DevOps
  • Ability to manage and communicate effectively up to C-level business stakeholders and down to technical and non-technical teams
  • Client advisory experience where they have delivered on behalf of a consultancy
  • Experience in managing all typical programme teams including the PMO, technical build teams, testing, training, business change and deployment
  • Experience with delivery across multiple programme releases i.e. not limited to a single project within a programme
  • A commercial focus so that they are able to convert commercial opportunities into budgeted projects
