My client is looking for a Sales Negotiator for their busy successful office

Basic Salary £21,000 with profit share £22-23,000

This is a brilliant opportunity to have a career with a leading independent Estate Agent who are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join one of their successful branches.

My client is looking for someone who is willing to "muck-in", remain calm under pressure and help drive business levels forward. In return you will join a reputable independent Estate Agency.

Duties:

• Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
• Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
• Matching customer needs to properties available
• Advertising properties online
• Assisting management and administrators
• Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
• General assistance and administration with basic IT skills & data input
• Showing people around properties in the local area

Requirements:

• You must have a full, clean UK licence and a car
• You will thrive in a busy environment
• You will have good interpersonal and people skills
• You will be well-presented and professional in appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• You will be proactive and willing to go the extra mile
