Job Description
We are seeking an individual who has some experience within purchase ledger or purchasing and would now like to take on purchase ledger and procurement duties combined to support our manufacturing client in centralising their purchasing facility.

Up to £25,000 per annum
Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm (30 minute lunch)
28 days holiday including statutory

Duties:
Setting up suppliers on the system
Invoicing and matching to PO's
Raising PO's and sending to suppliers
Processing invoices and delivery notes and submitting for approval
Checking and updating pricing
Requesting prices from suppliers
Maintaining stock and price lists for stock items
Essential skills:
Excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with all areas of the business and suppliers
Confident using multiple computer systems
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally purchase ledger experience
