We build affordable new homes, work with partners to reduce homelessness and support people to reach their potential.As our Gas Supervisor you'll provide a professional gas service that delivers an excellent customer experience.In this role, you will be responsible forAdhering to all relevant regulations and organisational policies and procedures.Carrying out Work In Progress, and H&S audits and inspections and audits with each engineer within the gas team. As well as van checks and one 2 ones.Complete Post Inspections on completed installations and on in house repair and services.Carry out periodic inspections of recent electronic Landlords Gas Safety Records.Visit sites and carry out appropriate investigations following complaints or damage reports and undertake investigations to repeated failing appliances.Mentor and monitor all new startersWe need people whoHold a Certificate of Competence (BSEN17024) - CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1 NVQ Level 3 Gas UtilisationCan undertake gas and heating repairs in customers homes and that can carrying out annual gas safety checks of domestic dwellingsAre experienced in dealing with customer complaints and complex gas repairsCan upskill and educate fellow operativesPlease note due to the role you will be expected to take part in an out of hours rota. The appointed candidate will undergo a Basic DBS check and a Full valid driving licence is required for the position.Everyone's welcome here.
