About this role
This leadership role in Aladdin Wealth Tech is responsible for setting and executing our product marketing agenda globally. The AWT Product Marketing Team is responsible for driving adoption and engagement in our products by defining our commercial narrative and positioning, supporting the business development process, promoting product features, and influencing the product roadmap. The role leads, coaches, and develops a team of 3-4 PMMs, each of whom owns a key user segment and is responsible for the health, adoption, and growth of that user base. We are looking for a hands-on leader to be a 'player-coach,' both overseeing the PMM team and contributing directly to PMM deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
Drive user adoption. Set the agenda for driving adoption, including establishing and tracking to target metrics, prioritizing resource deployment, and executing on plans.
Establish the product story. Author the story of value and benefits our products overall and for new features, and arm our business development and client-facing teams to represent that story to clients
Promote product features. Educate and arm our client teams to sell and deploy new features, including via teach-ins, collateral creation, and direct engagement with those teams.
Own and author the product pitchbook. Create and maintain the 'gold copy' of pitch materials for our product and for new features
Track and drive adoption. Design and implement capabilities to track adoption and extract actionable insights. Use these insights to identify and execute on opportunities to improve deployment and usage of existing and new features.
Launch new features. Write launch plans, syndicate with client teams, write client-facing collateral, face off with clients during launches, and oversee feature go-lives.
Own product marketing content within the product catalog. Create and maintain product positioning, messaging, and rollout playbook content within our centralized internal knowledge base for client and BD teams.
Support our client teams. Design and implement the PMM teams' engagement model with key internal stakeholders, especially our business development, client management, and client analytics teams. The PMM team is the 'first call' for client teams in solutioning product capabilities for a given client, preparing for client pitches, and rolling out new features.
Build a team of resident experts on each of our key user personas. Be a student of and go-to expert on our overall user base, and develop PMMs as consummate experts in each user segment. Organize and conduct user research, participate in user testing, and study industry intel.
Collaborate deeply with Product Management. PMM works closely with the Product team. The Head of Product Marketing works closely with the senior product leads to inform the roadmap and inform PMM priorities.
Desired Qualifications
10+ years of meaningful experience in wealth management, private banking, or enterprise SaaS in a financial vertical in product marketing or similar roles
Experience leading a team of senior professionals and accelerating development of team members in the product marketing craft
Demonstrated ability to synthesize user and market feedback to form hypotheses and drive decisions
Experience working with a highly technical product, including ability to get into the weeds on technical product features and engage in technical solutioning for clients
Ability to and passion for empathizing deeply with users and acting on their behalf
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and communicate internally and externally at a range of seniority levels
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and planning skills
