Job Description
A Business Manager is needed in a Camden Primary School. Permanent opportunity. 37941 to 39462 per year. You will be responsible for supporting leadership and business activity within the school and managing budgets and accounts. Applicants must have good working knowledge of SIMS or similar online school packages as well as experience in a school.
Required: Experience of working in a school A school business management qualification equivalent to level 4 diploma in school business management (CSBM \/DSBM) or relevant degree Responsibilities:
All day to day administrative duties
Updating school computer systems
Manage Health and Safety
Keeping up to date records of staff and pupils
Handling data and understanding data protection regulations
Manage invoices, fund management, purchase orders etc
Be committed to the safeguarding of pupils
Think strategically and be a problem solver
Manage compliance
Manage admissions and registrations
Oversee student and staff attendance
Keep analysis of costs and expenditure records
Manage Human Resources Manage invoices
Prepare financial forecasts and annual estimates
Maintain cash flow projections
Manage a high workload and prioritise tasks.
Oversee the Finance Officer
Provide reports on stakeholders
The working basis of this role is full-time (37 hours per week) during term time.
