QHS Manager

Proactive Personnel is excited to be working with a thriving manufacturing company based in Wrexham to appoint a QHS Manager to join their well established team on a full time, permanent basis.

The QHS Manager will be working closely with the Commercial and Production Directors implementing new H&S systems, offering in-house training and focusing on the quality and audit aspect heavily.

Duties will include -

• Risk assessments
• Investigating near misses and accidents with the view to minimise by implementing new processes and systems following LEAN and 5S.
• Offering in-house training to all onsite staff
• Investigating any machinery issues
• Quality assurance and control
• BRC Audit

Experience/Skills Required -

• NEBOSH
• BRC Audit experience is a necessity
• Experience within a similar position ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Train The Trainer qualification would be beneficial but not essential.
