Your new role
you will be providing pivotal services to the customers and clients of this organisation. You will work mainly on the telephone acting as a signpost towards other parts of the provision. You will be joining a team to communicate to all parts of the service, showing care and compassion to make a difference to peoples lives. You will need to demonstrate resilience to give the right advice to the callers. You will be a part of a busy, customer focused environment taking calls and providing advice, the advice can make a major difference to the people you speak to
