Job: Lettings Consultants - Trainee & Senior level positions available

Location: We have 3 positions available across 3 branches - Shoreditch, Canary Wharf and Nine Elms

Salary: Starting salary up to £20,000 per annum (depending on experience)

PLUS uncapped commission scheme

PLUS Oyster Card & access to Pool Cars

Working pattern: 5 days per week; Monday to Thursday, 8:45am to 6.00pm, Friday, 8:45am to 5:00pm, Saturday (on rota basis) 10:00am to 4:00pm.

In this instance, we are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Lettings Consultants to join one of our central London branches in either Shoreditch, Nine Elms or Canary Wharf.

These are fantastic opportunities for anyone who is either looking to take their first step into a career in property, or for anyone who has some experience within the industry, as we will provide full training and continual development to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to maximise your own potential and keep driving your career forward.

Requirements

As a Lettings Consultant, your main responsibilities will be to;

• Negotiate the lets of residential properties in sufficient quantity to meet agreed performance targets and to generate market appraisals
• Generate a targeted number of viewings per week
• Convert viewings to offers
• Negotiate offers to complete the deals

The ideal candidate would have/ be;

• A proven track record of successful sales in another industry
• Commitment and desire to learn and develop industry knowledge
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Tenacious and resilient with a drive to succeed
• Full, manual and clean driving licence
