SALARY £30/35,000 DOE + COMPANY CAR (This is a higher basic salary no commission position)
My client, a well-known independent Estate Agent in the area, are looking for a motivated and adaptable SALES VALUER/LISTER to join their busy office. Working as part of a team your main responsibilities will be valuing and listing along with other duties in residential sales.
Key duties:
- Cold calling
- Door knocking
- Previous lead follow ups
- Canvassing
- Regular mail outs
- Valuing/listing
- Figure reporting directly to the Directors
- Booking valuations appointments
- Viewings when required
- Assisting with Sales Progression
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Valuation experience
- Good knowledge of the local area a bonus
- Team player
- Self-motivated and hard-working
- Keen interest in the property industry
- Able to work under pressure
- Well-presented and professional appearance
- Good attention to detail and organised
- Customer focused
You will work from 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Saturday with a day off in lieu. Saturdays are on a 1 in 4 off rota.
