BASIC SALARY £18-22,000 DOE OTE £36/38,000 + COMPANY CAR
My client, a well-known reputable independent Estate Agent in the area, are looking for a motivated and adaptable SALES VALUER/LISTER to join their successful team.
Key duties:
- Cold calling
- Door knocking
- Previous lead follow ups
- Canvassing
- Regular mail outs
- Valuing/listing
- Figure reporting directly to the Directors
- Booking valuations appointments
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Valuation experience
- Good knowledge of the local area a bonus
- Team player
- Self-motivated and hard-working
- Keen interest in the property industry
- Able to work under pressure
- Well-presented and professional appearance
- Good attention to detail and organised
- Customer focused
