Are you looking for a new opportunity as a SENIOR LETTINGS CONSULTANT? My client is looking for an individual to work in their busy residential LETTINGS department. You will have residential lettings experience working within an ESTATE AGENTS. My client is looking for someone who enjoys business development and sourcing new landlords, is a good all rounder and enjoys a team environment.

Main responsibilities

• Dealing with current and potential landlords
• Sourcing new landlords
• Business development
• Showing potential tenants around properties
• Negotiating letts
• Progressing lett through to move in
• Providing weekly sales figures
• Taking and putting forward offers
• Following up on viewings

Skills & Experience Required

• Residential Lettings Experience or Customer Service / Sales Experience
• Excellent time management
• IT Literate
• Great communication skills
• Local knowledge preferred
• Ability to maintain administrative processes
• Full driving licence and car essential
