Job: Estate Agent - Residential Sales Consultant

Location: Chiswick, W4

Salary: Starting salary up to £22,000 per annum, depending on experience

PLUS uncapped commission scheme; OTE circa £35,000 per annum in year 1

PLUS Company Car - BMW Mini (unbranded)

Working pattern: 5 days per week; Monday to Thursday, 8:45am to 6.30pm, Friday, 8:45am to 6:00pm, Saturday (on rota basis) 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Currently, we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and professional Sales Consultant to join our established and competitive Sales team based in our Chiswick office. This is one of our highly successful West London branches, currently achieving a strong 4.8 star rating on google reviews! This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Consultant to become part of a passionate and proactive team that will drive you to success!

Requirements

As a Estate Agent - Sales Consultant, your main responsibilities will be to;

  • Negotiate the sales of residential properties in sufficient quantity to meet agreed performance targets
  • Generate & complete a targeted number of viewings and market appraisals per week
  • Convert viewings to offers
  • Negotiate offers to complete the deals
  • Progress sales through to completion
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service throughout the process

The ideal candidate would have/ be;

  • Proven working experience as a Sales Consultant in the property industry with a solid sales record of proven banking's would be beneficial
  • An understanding of the residential sales sector, including the local market, key legislation influencing the industry and marketing and sales strategies
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation and articulate communication skills
  • Tenacious and resilient with a drive to succeed
  • Pleasant and trustworthy manner
  • MS Office familiarity, and IT literate
