Badenoch + Clark are pleased to be working with a fantastic law firm in South Yorkshire that is looking for a Commercial Litigation Locum for 3 months whilst they recruit permanently.
This opportunity will allow the Commercial Litigation Solicitor to showcase their skills and run a full caseload of dispute resolution matters such as: property litigation matters, complex commercial contract claims, company and shareholder disputes, debt claims, civil fraud matters, professional negligence claims, injunctions, intellectual property and contentious probate.
The client can offer a mix of work in the office and remote working for this position.
