Working as part of theOnboarding Team you will provide a high standard of service, dealing with theon-boarding and post-sale administration of customer and Financial Adviserrequests. Main Responsibilities
Your main responsibility within this team is dealing withdocumentation relating to the Financial Advice customer journey. You will workcollaboratively with your peers in Onboarding by dealing with all the documentsat head office on the behalf of our remote colleagues, this includes dealing with the scanning, logging andgeneral management of post.
Ideal Candidate
We arelooking for individuals who are highly organised and who are adaptable toensure all work deadlines are adhered to. The successful candidate will be ableto work well as part of a team and also as an individual using their owninitiative. You will also have a willingness to learn an
d have the ability tointeract with colleagues from across the business and/or third -partybusinesses. Experience in Financial Services is not essential as we offer fulltraining although any you do have could be an advantage.
