Job Description

Great opportunity for an experienced or would be scientific sales professional to join an expanding and dynamic laboratory instrumentation and consumables manufacturer!

You will be responsible for growing the sales of our client's essential and bespoke laboratory capex and consumables product range. The successful candidate will be charged with increasing current revenue streams as well as identifying new potential clients.

You will be home based and cover the greater Cambridge and East Anglia areas - ideally you should live within a 75 minute drive of Cambridge.

You will promote and detail the importance of purified water in consistent and successful lab experiments - illustrating the benefits of your company's products. You will serve a range of industry sectors - focusing on pharma, biopharma/biotechs.

The role involves attending relevant conferences, trade shows etc., in addition to undertaking regular client site visits. Typically you will have a 50/50 mix of working from home and visiting clients.

The role requires scientific sales skills and a Chemistry/BioSciences background. Commitment, personality, drive and desire are needed to succeed in this competitive marketplace.
