Offering a salary of £18,600 + uncapped commission this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation that will be able to offer excellent career and development opportunities for ANY sales professional with an eager and keen attitude towards progression and earning potentials. After a proven track record of achieving and exceeding agreed KPIs, you will be given the opportunity to receive fully funded study, training and development for CeMAP 1, 2 and 3 to become a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor.
New Business Co-ordinator package:
* £18,600 basic with realistic earnings between £22,000 - £24,000
* 22 days annual leave rising 1 per year up to 27

Duties for New Business Co-ordinator:
* Respond to hot leads via enquires that customer have made online
* Qualify information with customers making sure they are suitable to progress
* Ensure all administration and compliance is updated and completed
* Pass qualified leads on and get paid!
Person and Skills fit for New Business Co-ordinator
* B2B or B2C sales experience in a telesales environment (Telesales Executive, Sales Executive, Sales Advisor, New Business Executive or similar roles)
* Experience working to KPI's and target
* A driven person who is hungry to keep progressing within a role
* Experience working within financial services would be advantageous but NOT essential
