Job Title: Security Services Auditor

Location: South - Watford, Harrow, Slough, Woking, Leatherhead, Croydon

Salary: Negotiable + Car or Car Allowance + Benefits

Due to continued growth and expansion, my client is recruiting for a Security Services Auditor in the South close to the M25 corridor with easy access into London. Based from home, ideally the candidate will live in or close to the Watford, Harrow, Slough, Woking, Leatherhead, Croydon or surrounding areas. The successful Security Services Auditor will be based from home and will travel to customer sites carrying out assessments/audits of security companies involved primarily with supplying all aspects of security services including security guarding, keyholding, CVIT and door supervision. Please note, due to the nature of the role you must be flexible towards travel. Candidates must be willing to undergo 5 year security screening.

Security Services Auditor Responsibilities:

  • Management of a portfolio of approved companies, travelling to customer sites and completing assessments/audits on a wide range of security services to confirm service delivery is compliant with International and British Standards and other relevant security schemes e.g. SIA ACS.

Security Services Auditor Requirements:

Essential:

  • Experience in the security services industry is essential with some knowledge of the SIA Approved Contractor Scheme and management systems being desirable
  • Strong report writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all levels.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • IT Literate - including the use of MS Office.
  • Able to work as an individual under own initiative as well as being a team player.
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of relevant British and International Standards and the SIA ACS Scheme.
  • General understanding of relevant legislation such as the Data Protection Act, Working Time Regulations, and the Security Industry's licensing requirements.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • NEBOSH, IOSH or Environmental qualifications
