Role overview
Job title: Trainee Estate Agent
Location: Camden for first 3 months then a London Location thereafter.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 0830 - 1800
Salary: £16,250 - £22,000
Following a hugely successful pilot, we are now looking to hire our next property enthusiasts into our training academy. We're looking for people with a passion for property coupled with a natural flare for sales. You'll be learning directly from some of the best sales and lettings negotiators in London, covering all of the fundamental skill sets, providing you with the foundations needed for a successful career in the property industry.
This role will initially cover the following areas:
- Arranging market appraisals between office managers and our clients
- Nurturing our existing database, ensuring that we are providing an exceptional service to our current and historical clients 100% of the time
- Chasing offices and closing instructions
- Having an expert knowledge of the London property market
- Being a fantastic brand ambassador for Chestertons
