As a Senior Manager in Quality Management, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance to IATF 16949/ISO 9001 at Infineon locations in Bristol, Cork, Dublin and support Reigate.

In your new role you will:

• Manage internal and external audits using our Audit Action Tracking (AAT) tool;
• Become the UK Internal Auditor for Business and Development processes;
• Organize the Bristol Quarterly Management Review;
• Liaise with central Quality Management departments to ensure implementation of all changes requested by Infineon's quality manual within UK;
• Maintain Quality Management KPIs, reporting monthly on Bristol topics to the UK Directors;
• Ensure adoption of quality Q-core-tools in projects (FMEAs, 8Ds, etc.), facilitating/training users where requested;
• Ensure compliance to SDHB (Internal Design Standard) processes by way of audit/reviews with the Project Management community.

Your Profile
You enjoy working independently and take responsibility for your own work, evaluating opportunities and risks in a structured manner. In addition, you are able to collaborate constructively and trustfully within an international setup. You are passionate about quality and have a proactive and open mindset that contributes to innovation.

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

• A university degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar field of studies;
• 10+ years of experience in Quality or Engineering, with at least 5 years in IATF 16949/ISO 9001 processes;
• Experience in Automotive qualification/audit is a strong advantage;
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 safety standard is a advantage;
• Experience in Digital Design or Verification is an advantage;
• Fluency in English.
