Adoption Psychologist

Mid & West Wales Adoption Service is one of the 5 Local Authorities Regional Collaborative that make up the National Adoption Service in Wales, along with two Voluntary Agencies, St David's Children Society and Barnardo's Cymru. We are a well performing Adoption Service and have recently benefited from a Welsh Assembly grant for Adoption Support allowing for a great investment into this area. There are many opportunities within the team for training and professional development. The posts involve generic adoption practice whilst working within a Regional Service. The caseload will include all areas of adoption practice, recruitment and assessment, family finding, Adoption Support and Birth Records and Intermediary work.
