Project Engineer

- M&E Knowledge - renewable, CHP, heat pumps etc.

- £40k - £48k& 10% bonus, 6% pension, further company bonus

- Any South East location

Opportunity:

The renewable & energy sector is probably the biggest growth sector in the UK at present and is only going to get bigger as more money is invested in to it, with some of the most interesting projects across the UK in this sector. So how does working for one of the fastest growing companies in the UK sound?

We are in a position where we have seen turnover double from £17 million to £32 million in the last 12 months and will likely double again, so with such growth we need bring in some sharp and ambitious professionals.

So an experienced Project Engineer with a strong M&E background to support our Project Managers, oversee numerous projects and add value along the way with a view to moving up on the Project Management roles & other senior roles in the future.

The Person:

An established "all-rounder" would be a good way to start here, someone who wants to use this as a stepping stone to bigger and better things in a company that want to invest in their staff and offer excellent long term careers. Someone who has good M&E experience and some knowledge of the likes of heat pumps, CHP, solar etc. would be a great technical background.

Someone who has good commercial awareness around contracts (any NEC knowledge would be great, for example) and can work costings, whilst leading projects on the different sites too.

The role:

A hugely varied role where you will be involved in numerous projects, supporting our Project Mangers with a view to you stepping up to that role in the future. We have many projects on across the UK with multi million pound values, so we want someone who can add value and input to these projects and lead them.

We work around energy and renewables, so you will be using your expertise to in projects.
