Role: SAP Integration/ ABAP Analyst

Location: Northampton

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

The client

My client is a leading UK company in their field with offices all over the UK.

They are currently running the latest version of SAP Process Orchestration and looking for someone to be responsible for the SAP integrations. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise new SAP technologies and improve on the integration process within the firm. The role will include some ABAP programming to complete the integration end to end.

Main responsibilities:

· Support the business with issues and problem solving

· Analyse and understand the technical requirements and develop solutions to meet all requirements.

· Produce documentation, technical specifications, training and testing scripts, risk and issue logs and any other necessary project and support documentation.

· Ensure a fully integrated system is delivered.

· Minimise the firm's exposure to risk.

· Ensure that you understand and follow the required IS Policy, Procedures and guidelines provided by the IS Department and maintain effective working relationships with them.

· Assist other areas of the IS department as and when required.

· Be aware of current Health and Safety requirements and co-operate with Facilities Management

Essential Skills:

· SAP PI/PO technologies

· Some knowledge of SAP ABAP programming

· Strong analytical and logical thinking skills

· Passionate about technology

· Educated to degree level

The role is based in Northampton however travel to other offices will be necessary on occasions.
