Facilities Assistant Security

We are looking for a Facilities Assistant Security to join a team responsible for the security of the College's premises and its contents. You will maintain the security and safety of the premises and grounds along with the security and safety of the students, staff, visitors, and property through the use of different security methods, techniques, equipment and technology.

You will be a qualified first aider and respond to first aid incidents. With a flexible attitude, you will be able to work independently within a motivated team.

This full time (37 hours per week) post will involve working alternate shift patterns, between the hours of 6.45am and 10.00pm Monday to Friday. Although the role will be based at our Campuses in Birkenhead, it will also be necessary to travel and work at all other College sites across the Wirral. The successful applicant will be able to join the Local Government Pension Scheme as well as receive the College's generous holiday entitlement.
