Property Manager - home based - Central England Portfolio - C£50k package

My client is a long established, highly reputable, Peterborough based Property Management company.

Specialising in block and estate management nationally, their portfolio comprises a wide range of sites from Peterborough based RMC's to large New Build developments located in Gosport.

As a result of substantial portfolio growth, they now require an additional competent property manager whom will work predominantly from home overseeing a well-run, reasonably well spread portfolio (circa 7 sites) spanning Central England from Northampton across West to Swindon (the frequency of office working will depend on the successful candidates proximity to Peterborough - if close, 1 day per week, if nearer Swindon, 1 day per fortnight or less)

The suitable property manager should ideally hold IRPM qualification (or have the desire to obtain it in post), reside somewhere within Central England (anywhere between Peterborough and Swindon) and have 3-5 years' experience encompassing the full range of block management duties across a wide range of leasehold sites - RMC's, Freeholder and Developer appointed.

Given the hassle free nature of the sites in the successful property manager's portfolio, the geographical spread is negated, leaving the suitable property manager free to concentrate on consolidating the existing good relations with residents.

Despite being a standard home based PM role, salary is offered at up to £40k basic + 10% bonus + car allowance and benefits!

Working hours are Mon-Thu 8.30-5pm and Friday 8.30am to 3.45pm with 5 weeks holiday plus public to start.
