Job Description
Engage Education is currently working with an alternative provision to seek a passionate and motivated Teaching Assistant, with a passion for supporting young people's education and development.
Alternative provisions cater to children and young people who are not able to attend a mainstream school. Pupils might attend a PRU for a number of reasons including, permanent exclusion, mental health needs, medical needs, SEND, and temporarily not having a place in school.
*The Ideal Candidate will*-
* remain calm, level headed and have the ability to think on your feet
* Have a passion for supporting pupils engagement and behaviour
* Have experience supporting individuals with SEMH needs
* Have a sport background
*About The Role: *
* School-based in Crawley Start ASAP
* £70 - £80 per day
* SEND experience preferred - Behaviour support, SEMH, ASD, ADHD
* Support pupils in small class sizes
