Job Description
You will be responsible for dealing with the calculation and payment of pension benefits, calculation of transfers in and out, accurately updating scheme member records. Responding to verbal and written scheme member queries and liaising with Employers to ensure that accurate and sufficient information is held on the member's record.What We Are Looking for From You?You will need to demonstrate a flexible attitude to work and the ability to work efficiently under pressure, an excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, both verbal and written, excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills, which are integral to this role and an ability to work to statutory deadlines.You will also demonstrate the capability to use computer systems, including Microsoft applications.Full training will be given but the successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate their ability to gain an understanding of how the pension scheme works and the benefits that the scheme offers.If you want to find out more about this role please call Jon Clewes on or email to for an informal discussion.
