Property Manager / Senior Property Manager - West London (Part Home Based) - up to £50k + Bonus
Our client is a long established, ARMA Q accredited independent managing agent overseeing a prime, compact and predominantly West / Central London based portfolio from their well-located and accessed Paddington office base.
With a long standing friendly team, relaxed atmosphere and variety of unique employee perks, their staff turnover is almost nil with similar levels of retention across their (predominantly) RMC/RTM block portfolio.
As a result of both business growth and internal staff progression, they now seek a part home based Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to undertake the full range of property management duties and liaising with clients.
Suitable Property Manager or Senior Property Manager candidates will come from stable career backgrounds (minimum 4 years block experience), have broad leasehold knowledge, professional qualifications (AIRPM preferred or at least working towards) and enjoy building positive, productive relations with RMC directors and long term clients.
In addition to a compact, low volume (300 units) and long term retained portfolio the successful Property Manager or Senior Property Manager will enjoy a base salary from £40k - £50k (on experience and qualification) and unrivalled (and quirky) benefits including: - Annual bonus based on company performance, 2 weeks off at Christmas, 22 days holiday plus public, food and drink provided on Friday's and a genuinely relaxed and team focused environment.
