£40k Basic (Guarantee of £660-65k for 6-12 months)
Car Allowance
Monday - Friday 9 - 6 (5.30 on Fridays)
Saturday rota 9 - 5
23 days holiday plus bank holidays

This is a rare opportunity to open a brand new branch in Cranleigh under the brand of one of Horsham's best estate agents.
You will be able to build and run the branch you way with the full support of the branch in Horsham, but with providing staff support in the early days until you can hire, and also providing full coaching and guidance to help you make your new branch a success.
This is a forward thinking and modern agency who pride themselves on being really integrated within the community. Their target audience are families and would like someone who is happy to get involved in the Cranleigh community or who already is.
Being quite a tech-savvy business, you will need to be comfortable creating a social media presence as well as doing videos and building your personal brand.
They use lots of technology to make your job easier including Spectre, Sprift and do Materport videos.
Experience doing a cold start would be helpful, but this hire is more about the person and their enthusiasm to create and build something from scratch.
After probation you will receive private medical insurance, you will also have a training budget to invest in your personal development and also offered a business coach. Future share options,
