Job Description
At Veritas Education we are currently looking for fun, motivated and enthusiastic nursery nurses or early years practitioner who has lots of energy to work within a Nursery or pre-school setting.
A sensitive, child centred approach with a strong knowledge of child development 0-5 years. Early years foundation stage knowledge is essential and ideally you have experience with Read Write Inc. We are looking for early years practitioners who can start immediately.
Experience Required
Level 2 or 3 qualification, Early Years/Childhood studies Degree or equivalent
Ideally have at least 1 years' current experience of working within Early Years.
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Experience working within a nursery or educational setting
Ideally have Read, Write, Inc experience
Carry out children observations and assessments
Plan to a very high standard
Possess a good working knowledge of the EYFS framework
Excellent knowledge of behaviour management
SEN knowledge would be a distinct advantage, however, this is not essential
