I'm currently looking for a Site Manager and a Senior Site Manager around the Chesterfield & Lincoln area.
My client is a Lean Small/Medium size company based in Chesterfield who operate around the local area. They're current projects are in: Derby, Nottingham, Chesterfield, Mansfield & Lincoln.
My client offer a Full turnkey Design & Build solution in the following sectors:
Industrial
Housing
Offices
They are looking for a local Site Manager to manage sites local to the head office as well as someone based closer to Lincoln to manage projects in the area as they have recently won a huge amount of work from a Lincoln Developer.
They are looking to have the candidates start either: December or January.
Title: Site Manager
Pay: £40k-£50k + 7k car allowance, Holidays & Pension
