We are looking for a Search & Selection/Headhunting Consultant to join our deliberately different Milk Education recruitment team in Liverpool. Our group is on a growth mission, and the opportunities for development and progression are endless here.

You will be specialising in Senior Leadership, such as: Head teachers, Senior Lecturers, Business Managers, etc… across designated locations for schools and multi-academy trusts. Covering the Northeast and Northwest - you will be responsible for headhunting and placing dynamic individuals into education roles in these areas.

Duties:

• Listen to the clients and understand their precise demands in terms of candidate skill set
• Utilise and develop search techniques using internal (database) and external headhunting methods
• Manage efficient recruitment projects ensuring seamless end to end processes
• Actively seek to grow executive search company business by partnering new clients
• Research and develop recruiting leads.
• Work to achieve set business outcomes and measure personal performance via Key performance indicators.
