Maintenance Electrician

Cordant People are urgently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electricianto join our clients well established growing team working within the automotive industry based in Llanelli.

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £32,783 inc shift allowance

Shifts: Mon-Fri: 3 shift pattern: Mornings 6am-2pm / Afternoons 2pm-10pm / Nights 10am-6am, Fridays are early finishes on all shifts and Friday nights won't be worked.

This role will be suited to someone looking to further their career within the Maintenance Department. The role will provide breakdown support to manufacturing areas, carry out Improvements, TPM and schedule Maintenance on all equipment.

Key Tasks/ Responsibilities:

• Health and Safety Awareness for all activities undertaken.
  
  
• Ensure strict adherence to safe working practices and observe safety rules at all times
  
  
• Hi level of fault finding skills.
  
  
• Excellent communication with all levels of the business.
  
  
• Undertake planned and preventative maintenance tasks.
  
  
• Completion of details reports via Pirana CMMS.
  
  
• Proactive approach to problem solving.
  
  
• Flexible working.
  
  

Skills, Experience and Qualifications necessary:

• Compulsory to have completed an electrical engineering apprenticeship.
  
  
• Experience of working in a similar automotive manufacturing environment.
  
  
• Experience in Electrical circuits and control systems.
  
  
• Experience in working with automated machinery.
