We are currently seeking a Talent Pool Advisor, this is a new role introduced to drive a range of strategies to generate a high-quality pipeline of talent to access apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities. This role will require a well organised individual that is comfortable talking to people, ideally has experience of recruitment and is able to use a range of digital programmes.
