We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Partnering with an energetic CEO, you will be overseeing a team of 50, revitalising the finance function and establishing a growth infrastructure covering all aspects of tax/HR/IT/legal/treasury. In addition, as GCFO, you will play an integral role leading the buy & build / PMI across all workstreams, taking ownership of working capital improvements, KPI steering, MI reporting and articulating to all board members and stakeholders.
- A solid track record across and multiple Private Equity engagements.
- Software / SaaS experience.
