Recruitment Consultant - Sales Experience Bonus!

Location: Central London

Salary: £25,000-£30,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

The Role - Recruitment Consultant

As a recruitment consultant your role will include:

Business Development:

• Cold calling potential new clients
• Building and maintaining relationships
• Going to client meetings to keep up to date on hiring criteria

Candidate Sourcing:

• Writing and posting job adverts onto job sites such as Milkround, Reed, Indeed etc.
• Using the company database to find suitable candidates
• Networking/reaching out to people on LinkedIn
• Screening CV's
• Interviewing candidates

Throughout the process you will act as the 'middle-man' between your client and candidate. This involves setting up interviews, preparing candidates for interviews, gaining feedback from both sides, negotiating deals, and making placements!

Specialising in Software, Digital, IT Services, BI & Big Data, Cyber Security, Technology Sales, and Marketing, the company have developed their expertise in the industry and plan to continue growing and become the leading recruitment company in their chosen field. With an average deal value of £13k/£14k, the company's top biller has brought in $500k in the San Francisco office after starting his career in Manchester and going on to launch the San Francisco office, at the age of 26.

The Requirements - Recruitment Consultant

• 6+ months experience in any sales role (e.g., telephone sales, lettings, software/IT sales, door to door sales etc.)
• Background of success and examples to back that up (e.g., sports, work history, education etc.)
• Self-starting attitude
• Resilient nature
• Confident and articulate
• Language speakers are a huge bonus! (German/Dutch/French)
