Graduate Science Academic Mentor -- The Role:

Work with pupils in your specialist subject
Deliver 1:1/group interventions
Monitor pupil's progress
Promote positive behaviour and mental health
Liaise with Head of Department

Graduate Science Academic Mentor --Person Specification:

1st class or 2:1 degree in Biology, Chemistry or Physics
Strong academic background -- e.g. A levels and GCSEs
Previous experience working with young people -- essential
Positive and uplifting personality
Excellent organisation and communication skills
