Sales & Lettings Administrator
EA Recruitment has been instructed by our client, one of South West London's leading independent estate agencies which has been established over thirty years to recruit a Sales & Lettings Administrator to join their thriving team based in South West London.
As a Sales & Lettings Administrator you will be dealing with a range of administrative duties including managing the administration process from the point the Let is agreed to the tenant moving in and dealing with Sales administration from point of instruction to sale agreed.

Sales & Lettings Administrator is responsible for:
- Managing the administrative process once the Lettings Negotiator takes a holding deposit, until after the tenants move in the property
- Preparing tenancy agreements
- Preparation of section 21
- Data input
- Prepare standard letters relating to tenancy
- Timesheets
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Produce all Sales and Lettings Valuation reports, offer letters and memorandum of Sales letters
- Sales and Lettings marketing details, office window property displays
- Regular touting and marketing letters
- Providing general support to the Sales and Lettings team
Experience/skills required:
- Experience working in a Lettings Administration role would be beneficial
- Attention to detail
- Good Spelling and grammar
- Organisational skills
- Good communication
- IT proficient
- Preferably ARLA qualified
Package/Working hours:
- £30,000 salary per annum
- Working hours 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
