Job Description
A leading STM journals publisher in Cambridge is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Support Administrator who can provide analysis, reporting, customer services and administration skills within the Sales Department. Our client is offering a hybrid working arrangement 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely.
Reporting to the Commercial Sales Manager, you will be the first point of contact for many od the Companys customers. Liaising with colleagues across departments, you will be responsible for generating invoices and assisting with the sales process.
Responsibilities include:
Competitor and industry research
Invoicing, licensing and quotation administration
Co-ordination of contracts and licences
Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
Identify and understand customer needs
Manage administration generated by new agreements
With demonstrable office administration experience, ideally within STM publishing, you will have proven ability to work well as part of a team and will have excellent numeracy skills, attention to detail and first-class communication and customer service skills.
