Gilbert Meher are working with a luxury care provider of residential and nursing elderly care to recruit an Elderly Care Home Manager to lead a luxury Medium-sized Residential home in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with excellent development opportunities.
About the role
The role is to guide the regulatory and commercial performance of this lovely home which has an excellent local reputation and good record with the CQC. You will lead the team to deliver the highest quality person-centred care, make a positive impact to the lives of the residents and strive towards Outstanding.
Salary on offer is in the range of £50k DOE plus bonus.
About You
- Senior elderly care professional with management experience of a similar size elderly care home.
- Able to inspire and mentor teams, a hands-on leader.
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management.
- Experience of meeting standards provided by the CQC and local authority.
