Community Employability Mentor

Communities for Work Plus is a Welsh Government programme tackling poverty though sustainable employment providing intensive employment mentoring and support. The Welsh Government funds the programme until 31 March 2022. The Community Employability Mentor will work within the Communities for Work Plus Local Delivery Team based within delivery areas in Swansea.

This is great opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding role in a community location/setting. The Community Employability Mentor must be able to focus on reducing the number of short term unemployed clients through supporting and increasing the employability skills.
