Application Support Analyst or 2nd Line Support/3rd Line Support Analyst with experience of supporting bespoke software required for one of the UK's leading FinTech companies.
This role will see you joining the growing application support team, with responsibility for ensuring service delivery standards of the production environment.

Please note this role has an on-call element as part of the 24/7 rota, with shift patterns between 8am - 7pm. Any hours worked outside of 9-5 are paid at time and a half and any weekend work would also be paid at time and a half, plus you get it off in lieu.
