Prospectus is excited to be partnering exclusively with Stonewall to help them recruit for an Interim Individual Giving Manager. Founded in London in 1989, Stonewall works in each nation of the UK and has established partnerships across the globe. They help create transformative change in the lives of LGBTQ+ people through our campaigns, research and change and empowerment programmes. They continue to fight for a world where LGBTQ+ people everywhere can live their lives to the full.

This post is offered on temporary three day per week basis for around a 14-week period paying £21.98 per hour (Equivalent of £40,000) plus holiday pay to start in December or early January. The role will be home based with some office-based meetings in London and a need to go to meet potential partners across the city.

As Individual Giving Manager you will work closely with the Head of Individual Giving and Innovation, to manage and develop payroll giving, regular giving, cash donations and legacy marketing to generate sustainable unrestricted funds that contribute to the organisation's strategy. You will also be responsible for developing engaging supporter journeys that maintain long term relationships, supporting our vision for the freedom, equity and potential of all LGBTQ+ people, around the world, and at every stage of their lives.

They are looking for an experienced individual giving professional with demonstrable success in generating income from regular gifts, cash appeals and uplift campaigns. The ideal candidate will be someone who wants to elevate Stonewall and create a fairer and more inclusive society.
