Basic: £22,000
OTE: £40,000
Camberwell, South East London
Hours and Holiday
Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 18:00
Saturdays: 10:00-16:00
(5 day working week with one day off during week and Sunday)
4 weeks holiday

About you
This is a unique opportunity to join an franchise office in Camberwell, London as a Senior Lettings Negotiator. Ideally, you're an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator, or a Lettings Negotiator looking for a step up in the area. If you've got listing experience, or ready for that challenge, even better.
To succeed here, you've got to have a growth mindset and positive attitude. Always looking to improve, and deliver the best service for colleagues and clients alike.
This role has progression to Assistant Lettings Manager, and even be part of their plan which can lead to share options.

The role in a nutshell
- Generate new business would be a bonus
- Vet and register tenants and landlords
- Arrange and conduct viewings & valuations
- Provide Landlords with feedback and discuss potential tenants
- Negotiate on offers
- Assist with lettings progression, general admin, and ad-hoc duties
- Be an ambassador of the brand and uphold the high standards and reputation
