Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainer Assessor in Business and Customer Service, to join our Employer Services Department based at our bespoke multi-million pound Wirral Waters Campus. The post holder will assist in the development, organisation and management of high quality teaching, learning and assessment for apprenticeships in the area of Business and Customer Service. You will have responsibility for a caseload of learners as well as quality assurance
The successful applicant will be qualified to Level 4 or above in Business and/or Customer Service. You will also have a good understanding of apprenticeship standards, underpinned by relevant industrial experience. You will possess assessor and verifier qualifications and ideally have recent experience of training, assessment and quality assurance.
The post will involve working 18.5 hours per week and will be based at our Wirral Waters Campus in Birkenhead, Wirral. The successful applicant will be able to join the Teachers' Pension Scheme as well as receive the College's generous holiday entitlement.
