As we all know, sales progression is no walk in the park, there's copious amounts of pressure and timescales to adhere to. Talking to multiple parties, and spinning a million and one plates.

As such, we're on the lookout for an experienced Sales Progressor, or an Estate Agent who knows a fair bit about Sales Progression to join an independent Estate Agent in Weybridge.

You will be responsible for the speedy and smooth progression of all sales agreed by liaising with solicitors, financial advisors, and estate agents to affect the fastest possible sale, without compromising customer service.

This Estate Agent will be like a second family to you. They are warm and friendly, established, and will want to provide you the best platform to succeed. They will always have your back, and they want you to be the best version of yourself. And if you're an estate agent already, you'll be getting your weekends back!

Responsibilities in a nutshell:

• Responsible for the successful exchange of contracts and subsequent legal completion of properties sold
• Ensure that the highest levels of communication are upheld at all times.
• Liaise with Vendors and purchasers to provide, in the first instance verbally, regular and structured updates.
• Ensure that all efforts are made to resolve any queries that relate to the sale or purchase.
• Ensure a high level of customer service is provided at all times.
• Support team members at all times.
• Work within the timescales provided to get every sale to completed
• Liaising with solicitors when necessary to get applications through promptly
• All administration tasks to support this role

Package

• £25,000 Basic
• £32,000 OTE
• Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
• 4 weeks holiday
