We're looking for an experienced Digital Campaign Specialist to join a global organisation with an office based in Chippenham (working 1 day per week). This is the ideal opportunity for a talented Digital Campaign expert with either a digital campaigns or Paid media experience, to make an impact on campaigns across socials.

What you'll be doing?
  • Plan, coordinate and execute fully integrated digital marketing campaigns across the UK and Ireland.
  • Orchestrate the campaign development process 'end-to-end' e.g. ensuring content output quality, making in-flight adjustments to poor performing content and/or channels. Manage 'in-life' and 'end-of-life' campaign performance reporting with full evaluation and recommended actions/next steps for 'next life'.
  • Analyse and report on campaign results to identify actionable opportunities to increase sales, improve retention and improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, management and vendors to ensure successful execution on time and budget.
  • Work with the wider communication team to support digital activities for our merchant network.
  • Accurately forecast spend related to the marketing plan investments being made.
  • Creative content and asset production with a digital agency.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Team to ensure campaigns are integrated and aligned across all digital marketing channels.
  • Stay up to date on best practices and new innovations in digital marketing
  • Ensures all online activities are in line with legal obligations
  • Other ad-hoc duties to support the marketing teams

What experience you'll need to apply?
  • Proven success in planning and executing digital campaigns
  • Experience setting up and optimising ads on the following ad platforms - Facebook & Instagram, Twitter, Google (AdWords, video and display)
  • Experience using Email Marketing software preferably HubSpot.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics
  • Hands-on experience managing A/B testing campaigns.
  • Track record of achievements and examples of improvements, growth and success
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of management, subject matter experts and staff at every level of the organisation
  • Enthusiasm for, and ideally experience and knowledge of, the construction industry and its multiple audiences and stakeholders.
