Job Description

Our client, a large and busy Bodyshop in the Newbury area are looking for a Bodyshop Customer Service Team Leader.

Have you got experience in managing/leading a customer service/call centre environment in the automotive industry or Bodyshop industry?

What you'll be doing:

Leading your team to achieve productivity targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Demonstrating an understanding of the customer experience offered by your team through regular call listening, complaint handling and mentor-ship.

Ensuring that your team balance customer complaints in a timely manner reducing escalations.

Identifying, solving and escalating problems and customer/process improvement opportunities.

Leading your team to deliver excellent performance by motivating and engaging all employees ensuring their capabilities are fully developed.

Evidence mentoring that improves performance via clear documentation which is filed accurately.

Adhering to national lean design standards.

Delivering, embedding and maintaining effective communication.

You will work a 40 hour week and benefit from a £32,000 basic salary plus many other benefits which can be discussed with you at application stage.
