Job Description
We have a great opportunity for a Technical Services Supervisor to join our team based in St Leonards London. The salary on offer is from £37,168.80 - £48,840.66 depending on experience.
We also offer; 27 days holiday not including bank holidays, access to group personal pension plan including SMART contributions into which the company will contribute up to 6% towards your savings, training and development opportunities, NHS discounts, on call allowance and van issued with the role.
This role requires the Technical Services Supervisor to have achieved a Level 3 C&G or Level 3 NVQ qualification within either a Electrical, Mechanical, Combustion or Refrigeration Technical discipline
The previous experience of leading and managing a team size of 5-10 is essential and you must be competent within your own discipline as well having an appreciation and understanding of other Technical disciplines, as this role requires you to manage multiple team members with different Technical backgrounds.
