Job Description
Our client, a global music company, is seeking a eCommerce Business Analyst to provide comprehensive funnel analysis.
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing commercial, channel, customer, and eCommerce purchase funnel analysis with a view to deliver key learnings and strategic recommendations.
Delivering analysis of established market, eCommerce channel and customer analysis to include conversion metrics etc.
Communicating trends and performance analysis across the eCommerce market to the wider company.
Maintaining cutting edge understanding of eCommerce trends, industry developments and technological innovations and their effects on analyses.
Collaborating with eCommerce experts to automate periodical reporting for eCommerce business query data using SQL.
Delivering ad hoc project work for senior management regarding business strategy.
Supporting analysis requirements such as for campaigns for UK labels.
Preparing and delivering presentations internally.
Fostering relationships with analysts across the business.
Requirements:
Commercial degree subject qualified, or equivalent.
Authentic passion for music, and industry trends that cover technology and commerce.
Previous experience working for eCommerce brands desirable.
Strong IT skills and background using SWL to query data and Google Big Query.
Substantive commercial acumen and highly numerate, with an understanding of key metric inputs.
Excellent analysis skills and problem-solving abilities.
Project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident working alone and in teams.
Able to confidently present up to large groups of colleagues.
